Our space on Rhode Island Avenue is home to our studio and gallery, where we offer various exhibitions, events, and programs throughout the year. Our resident artists are some of the most unique and inspiring artists in DC. Supporting them in creating and sharing their work is what we do, and you will find their art on view in our space year-round. We believe in a diverse artistic landscape in which artists with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities exhibit side by side, and our gallery program reflects that belief. Exhibiting the work of talented visiting artists at Art Enables enriches our own resident artists, and we know the reverse is true as well.  We see our studio and gallery program as a hub of creativity and community, and we want you to be a part of it.

Public gallery hours are every Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m and Thursday, 5 - 7 p.m.. Please visit us soon!

First Floor Studio & Exhibition Space

Expansive and bright, the first floor is home to our studio and is the site of many community-based workshops, events, and activities. This floor serves as a dedicated, year-round exhibition space featuring the work of our talented resident artists.

Ground Floor Exhibition Space

Art Enables ground-floor gallery is dedicated to emerging and self-taught artists. Exhibitions in these spaces alternately feature group shows by Art Enables’ artists, work by visiting artists, and various combinations of the two.
