About “Warm + Fuzzy”
Nothing but good vibes for our first studio gallery show of 2024, drawing on the theme of "Warm + Fuzzy" from all sides. In the traditional use of the phrase, the show includes some works that emanate feelings of love, comfort, and tenderness. It also includes pieces that showcase themes of "warm" or "fuzzy" independently. Warm works boast red, orange, yellow, and pink hues, sun-drenched landscapes, and fire. Fuzzier works favor friends from the animal kingdom like poodles and hamsters, and some less safe to pet but still warranting admiration: bears, a panther, and one magical-looking sphinx. As always, our studio gallery show provides an excellent survey of the range of work made by Art Enables resident artists. We offer it all as a balm, hoping to conjure pleasant experiences for everyone in the new year.
