Learn how to make a Zine (or mini book) with a single sheet of folded 8.5 x 14 inch paper at our 2nd Saturday Workshop on August 13. Join resident artist and Zine-enthusiast Toni Lane as she guides you through using simple materials like colored markers and pencils, magazine cut-outs, glue and scissors to create your very own Zine. Whether you’re a Zine newbie or a seasoned creator, zines are a great way to express yourself through art, poems, writing, and musings—without needing anyone else’s permission to do so.

Art Enables 2nd Saturday Workshops are free, family-friendly, and welcome all art-making abilities. All materials will be provided. This 2.5-hour workshop will be followed by light snacks and refreshments. Masks are required and Covid safety precautions will be in place.

You must pre-register in order to attend. Please choose either the morning or afternoon session.
