Art Enables was founded in 2001 on the conviction that artists with disabilities are vital to a robust arts landscape. We feel strongly that our artists should be afforded the opportunity to leverage and utilize their unique gifts to achieve their dreams, professionally and personally, through a career in the arts. 

Since our founding, Art Enables artists have sold more than $1.2 million dollars in artwork, been exhibited in hundreds of exhibitions and shows locally, nationally, and internationally, and have made meaningful and important contributions to the visual arts community and community at large.
