Marti Clark's drawings and paintings - often of wild animals in their natural environments - come to life through bold, stylized shapes and fields of bright color. Marti studies her subjects carefully, often making multiple sketches of her composition before starting work on a final piece. She loves working as a professional artist along with other resident artists in the studio and takes her practice very seriously. Outside the studio, Marti is an accomplished cheerleader. She also loves line dancing, Béyonce, going to see live music, and hanging out with family and friends.
