2nd Saturday Workshop: Exploring Textures

Posted on: Mar 18

2nd Saturday Workshop @ Art Enables
April 13 | 1-4 p.m.

At April’s 2nd Saturday Workshop, we’ll explore how to create textures using acrylic paint and everyday objects like sand, plastic knives, cardboard and a variety of other fun and magical things. The workshop, led by Filipina-American artist Pauline Faith will stretch your creative muscles and add excitement to your Saturday! Drop in at the studio on April 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. to discover the world of textural painting and expression at this mixed media workshop.

And, after the workshop, enjoy all the festivities at RIAM’s Porch Fest where local porches and stoops along Rhode Island Ave. are transformed into stages for an afternoon of music, dance, and poetry that brings together neighbors, business owners, and artists in a casual and fun display of creative expression!
