The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities has been a great supporter of Art Enables since the very beginning and this month they have gone even further to spotlight Art Enables in their October newsletter.  Included in the newsletter is a terrific video incorporating some footage of our annual Outsider Art Inside the Beltway.
