Terrific Twos was a great party and big success for Art Enables. The crowd was huge, the art fresh, and the cake tasty. Our second birthday party was also a nice opportunity for board, staff, friends and program artists to give recognition to Joyce Muis-Lowery's tireless and unpaid efforts as Executive Director.
