Margie, whether she is working in watercolor, acrylic or oil pastel, layers her images building them up with line and color and texture as if she were writing a story. And like written stories, her artwork often includes sly biographical references. Margie is the first Art Enables artist to be given a one-woman show—in Portland, Oregon in October 2007.
