The only problem with Chris and art is getting Chris to the studio to do some--a side effect of the depression which has plagued him for most of his life. But once Chris gets working, he’s unstoppable. He likes best working in acrylic on wood and has developed a personal idiom which grew out of his fascination with the quilts his aunt designs. The iterations of color and form offer security and freedom at the same time, a perfect combination.
